Pin Oak Park

The Pin Oak Park Mixed-Use Development is a 90-acre site, located one mile south of the Galleria on Loop 610. With the dramatic change in the Houston real estate market after 1983, Pin Oak Partners, Ltd. commissioned L-DS to provide a range of development advisory services. Those services included:

• Preparation of development options for 42 acres already platted with partially constructed utilities that could be integrated in the most cost effective way.
• Design of an overall landscape / streetscape concept for the site as well as more detailed landscape plans.
• Preparation of development concepts for a one-acre Planned Unit Development on the segment of the site in Bellaire, a zoned community.
• Preparation of development guidelines for the site to establish quality of development, landscape / streetscape, lighting and signage.
