L-DS, working with the civil engineering prime consultant, was retained to provide services relating to enhancing the retention capacity of this regional drainage channel. The Hunting Bayou channel runs approximately 15 miles.
Utilizing the firm’s prior working knowledge of the two parks through which the channel flows, Hutcheson Park and Herman Brown Park, L-DS developed the communication tools used in the public participation process to win approval of the preferred concept.
