Education
L-DS provided evaluation, design, and construction document services for renovations at HISD Herrera Elementary School located in Northeast Houston. The campus underwent upgrades including restroom accessibility, MEP maintenance and architectural interiors and exteriors. Also included was enlarging the existing parking capacity and improving site drainage. Working with the team assigned by HISD, L-DS reviewed the following:
- Document priorities identified by the User group
- Verified improvements noted in Scope to Budget generated by HISD
- Budget availability confirmation at every stage
- Bidding & contractor identification
- Preconstruction meeting, site visits, approvals
- Post construction services
