Management
L-DS provided planning, building programming, and building design for a new HCC Northeast Campus Central Plant Facility. The program for the building contains two 700 ton Trane chillers for 1,400 tons of cooling capacity for the current construction phase with enough building space to accommodate 4,200 tons of cooling for future site development. As part of this project, all main underground chill water lines are in place and are stubbed out to valve boxes allowing for future building connections.
The building also accommodates site deliveries and allows for warehouse storage space for general use by the college.
