L-DS performed design, construction documentation and construction administration for this 16-city block project along Downtown Austin Street. Architectural and Urban Design issues such as sidewalk design and material, renovation relocation of overhead power lines, public art, street interactions, on-street parking, landscape, and irrigation and drainage were coordinated alongside the project engineers, RBI Engineers and the Houston Downtown Management District.
