Bay Ridge Christian College

L-DS was commissioned by The Guess Group to investigate the site of the Bay Ridge Christian College. L-DS developed a preliminary Campus Program / Plan and a preliminary Campus Master Plan for the existing 88-acre Campus with plans to expand the Campus to 160-acres by acquisition of the adjacent property in three phases. The preliminary Campus Plan was centered on developing a learning environment that promoted academic and social skills in a structured, nurturing and Christian atmosphere.
