Llewelyn-Davies Sahni Builds Team With Two New Hires

HOUSTON, July, 2008 – Llewelyn-Davies Sahni (LDS), a leading architecture and urban design firm, announces the addition of two key members to their growing ranks.

Eduardo Ponce de Leon joins LDS as Project Manager. In this role, Ponce de Leon will [lead the firms efforts on multiple projects for Texas Southern University and a pedestrian bridge over IH-610 at Gulfgate Mall and I-45]. He joins the firm with 19 years of experience in architecture and development related projects. Ponce de Leon has worked on projects that include luxury multifamily, high-rise, mid-rise, mixed-use, and single family, commercial and residential properties in master planned and revitalized communities. His professional experience includes project management/coordination, design, construction documentation, bidding, construction administration and construction management. In addition, he has working experience in a number of specialty buildings.

Heba Rahwan joins LDS as its newest [Project Coordinator]. Rahwan will utilize 17 years of experience on projects both overseas and in the U.S. Her experience includes involvement in all phases of professional practice, business conduct and management. Rahwan has worked on a diverse range of projects that include commercial, healthcare, hospitality, high-rise residential design interiors, tenant space planning, and building renovation and improvement. She is a graduate of the University of Damascus with a Bachelor Degree in Architecture.
